are my pieces safe for the dishwasher?
Some pieces are, if you check the description on the piece there is specific care instructions. However, anything with a chain is a no. Any kitchenware that has raw clay exposed has been coated with a waterproof sealer. This being said, I really recommend washing all pieces by hand. I always wash my ceramics by hand to ensure longevity. Dishwashers have harsh chemicals that can break down any ceramics over time, they also are powerful and have strong vibrations that can also ware down your ceramics. It’s safer to just hand wash, I know that’s not the answer people would like but it’s the way to ensure your pieces stays at their best for the longest.
Yes! I ship to Europe, Australia and USA. However!!!! If you are ordering internationally please be aware of your countries custom taxes etc. USA, your lovely president has decided to charge you for all imports now so you will have to pay customs too. I also get charged 10% just for shipping to USA, I have added this as a ‘Handling Fee’ at checkout if you are shipping there.
I really really wish international shipping wasn’t so expensive, but I’m trying to accommodate as many countries as I can. If you’re trying to ship to somewhere else, please contact me and I can try and sort it out <3
do I ship internationally?
Each order will be packed and shipped within 2 working days. For UK orders they are sent with Royal Mail 48h Tracked Delivery. Europe is 3-5 business days and USA and Australia is 7-11 business days. Please keep in mind though, these are estimates. I had a parcel shipped to me from the UK when I was living in Australia with these estimates and it took a month…

if something arrives broken :(
I am yet to have anything break but I understand ceramics are a risky thing to post. I try my absolute best to ensure all items are packaged well to fully reduce the risk of things breaking. But I know it’s not a 100% guarantee. If when you open your parcel, your order has broken in transit please take photos of it broken and all of the packaging! This way I can provide evidence to Royal Mail in order to get compensation. They like A LOT of evidence, so please lots of photos of the piece and all the packaging!
There is no refunds unless an item is broken in transit. I’m a small business and providing refunds for changed minds is costly for me so please make sure before any purchases! If you have any issues with an order please contact me through the contact page on this website.
