are my pieces safe for the dishwasher?
Some pieces are, if you check the description on the piece there is specific care instructions. However, anything with a chain is a no. Any kitchenware that has raw clay exposed has been coated with a waterproof sealer. This being said, I really recommend washing all pieces by hand. I always wash my ceramics by hand to ensure longevity. Dishwashers have harsh chemicals that can break down any ceramics over time, they also are powerful and have strong vibrations that can also ware down your ceramics. It’s safer to just hand wash, I know that’s not the answer people would like but it’s the way to ensure your pieces stays at their best for the longest.
*EU SHIPPING UPDATE* Unfortunately with the new PPWR shipping law, shipping to EU countries has become financially impossible for me. There is not an annual fee to ship to each individual country. Some are €300 and some are over €1000. I wish I could say that that’s okay for me but I only started selling a few months ago. As well as it being costly it’s also a lot of paperwork and time consuming. I understand they’ve implimented it for recycling packagin materials and i totally agree. But it needs some amending to fit ALL business sizes. They’re reviewing it in October after heavy criticism and I’m hoping they make some sort of exemption/reduction for small businesses. But until then, I physically cannot afford to and it makes me sad but hopefully soon it can be fixed.
If you are ordering internationally please be aware of your countries custom taxes etc. USA, your lovely president has decided to charge you for all imports now so you will have to pay customs too. I also get charged 10% just for shipping to USA, I have added this as a ‘Handling Fee’ at checkout if you are shipping there.
Sadly, since the UK left the EU we now have custom taxes to pay on all parcels shipped there. You used to be able to send and then the recipient would pay the tax on collection from the Post Office. This isn’t a thing now and it has to be paid by the sender before shipping:( Most countries in Europe are 20-25%, apart from Switzerland at about 9%. Unfortunately, I can’t absorb the costs of custom fees so this is added as a ‘handling fee’ upon checkout.
For all countries outside of Europe, you still have customs fees! However, I am not required to pay them upfront, and therefore you will have to pay them upon delivery. Please check your countries customs fees before ordering! I am not responsible for the custom fees you have to pay upon delivery.
I really really wish international shipping wasn’t so expensive, but I’m trying to accommodate as many countries as I can. If you’re trying to ship to somewhere else, please contact me and I can try and sort it out <3

Each order will be packed and shipped within 2 working days. For UK orders they are sent with Royal Mail 48h Tracked Delivery. Europe is 3-5 business days and USA and Australia is 7-11 business days. Please keep in mind though, these are estimates. I had a parcel shipped to me from the UK when I was living in Australia with these estimates and it took a month…

I am yet to have anything break but I understand ceramics are a risky thing to post. I try my absolute best to ensure all items are packaged well to fully reduce the risk of things breaking. But I know it’s not a 100% guarantee. If when you open your parcel, your order has broken in transit please take photos of it broken and all of the packaging! This way I can provide evidence to Royal Mail in order to get compensation. They like A LOT of evidence, so please lots of photos of the piece and all the packaging!
do i do refunds?
There is no refunds unless an item is broken in transit. I’m a small business and providing refunds for changed minds is costly for me so please make sure before any purchases! If you have any issues with an order please contact me through the contact page on this website.
